Processing time is 5-7 business days on top of the shipping time.

Within Canada – free shipping packages are sent using letter mail and can take 7-10 days to arrive. Upgrades are available for purchase at checkout. Tracking is NOT included in free shipping
To the USA – Packages are shipped using chitchats then USPS and include tracking. Shipping generally takes a week but varies based on customs. Tracking will not be updated until chit chats transfers the packages to USPS which is 1-2 days after the item is marked as shipped.
Overseas packages – On average take 2-4 weeks to arrive and any additional import fees or VAT taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
